This policy explains what personal information OXRUN AI LLC ("we", "us") collects through the website at oxrun.ai and through our macOS and iOS apps, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Website
We do not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or tracking pixels on this website. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard request data such as IP address, browser type, and requested page to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We keep no user accounts on the website.
If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message. We use it to reply, and we keep the correspondence as long as needed to handle your request and for our business records.
Consulting clients
For client engagements we hold the contact and billing details you give us, and the project materials you share. We use project materials only to perform the agreed work, and we treat them as confidential.
Apps
Our apps do not require an account. Each app's App Store listing states what data the app collects, if any, in Apple's privacy details. Unless a listing says otherwise, data created in an app stays on your device. We do not receive it. Apple may give us aggregated, non-identifying analytics about downloads and crashes through App Store Connect.
How we use information
- To provide and secure the website and apps.
- To respond to messages and support requests.
- To perform consulting work, send invoices, and collect payment.
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Service providers
- Cloudflare hosts this website and delivers it over its network. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- Stripe processes payments for consulting invoices. Stripe receives your payment details directly, and we do not store full card or bank account numbers. See Stripe's privacy policy.
- Apple processes App Store purchases and distributes our apps under its own terms. See Apple's privacy policy.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our users, or the security of our services.
Retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it, though no system is completely secure.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, and you can object to or ask us to limit its use. Email privacy@oxrun.ai and we will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity first.
Children
Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest revision, and material changes will be noted on this page.
